The Debt Standoff??? Is the Real Winner Chairman Xi? [1]

I feel compelled to call everyone's attention to an article published in “The Los Angeles Times” on Thursday, May 18, titled "Standoff Threatens Foreign Relations” by Courtney Subramanian.

This article reveals the real winner of this debt standoff — none other than Chairman Xi Jinping of Communist China.

According to Subramanian's article, Chairman Xi wants to establish China as the leading nation of the world. He is now launching a campaign to replace the dollar for the yuan as the international reserve currency. Should the United States default in paying its bills, Chairman Xi will have a powerful case. He can claim that no one can trust the American dollar because of the American government's inherent instability. In contrast to the instability of the American dollar, the yuan will always remain sound

Let's imagine what could happen if the yuan replaces the dollar as the international currency.

How might this replacement affect Taiwan? How might this replacement embolden Kim Jong Un, the ruthless dictator of North Korea? How might this replacement endanger our armed forces in the Far East? How might this replacement embolden Iran? How might it affect Israel whose survival is based on subsidies from America?

These are only a few questions that we should ask.

The MAGA supporters in Congress are eager to destroy Biden's presidency in order to “own the libs.” They demonize progressive Democrats as puppets of Communist China. But if the US defaults on its debts, the real winner is neither Trump nor MAGA Republicans.

The real winner is Chairman Xi.
