Kevin McCarthy has proudly announced the signing of the debt ceiling deal means the student loan pause will come to an end within 60 days, rather than when the ruling is handed down on Biden’s loan forgiveness program. Millions of people are about to go bankrupt and find themselves once again choosing between being able to eat and being able to pay loans they were frightened into taking by adults they were supposed to be able to trust.

Biden’s “deal” just looks more and more like throwing us all under the bus.
