This is not the story I intended to write, but it obviously warrants attention. I don’t have too much other than a collection of tweets, but I can report that all key staff, and the President, are reported to be safe and that the truck is being carefully examined.

x #BREAKING: According to the @SecretService, the driver of a U-Haul is in custody after the truck crashed into security barriers near the White House. @shomaristone was the FIRST on scene with a LIVE report.

I will say the video, along with the intent, seems to be clear.

Very concerningly MAGA Twitter had already jumped on to the false flag conspiracy theory, with Elon’s verifed Twitter users, rendering the site a cesspool of misinformation, fanning flames.

x A Nazi flag owner (make your own assumptions there) ran a U-Haul into White House security gates. All the top comments are from @elonmusk verified Twitter uses. All of them are claiming it’s a false flag or some version of that.
