We asked our favorite pundit, Max Bullscheisse, about all the hoopla surrounding the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and he gave us a quick history lesson. “The beginning, my friend, was some century ago in Russia—in the USSR. Orwell described it brilliantly.

“In the U.S., it was in 2004 when George Bush maintained that we [the Rs] create our own reality”, he continued. “It soon was followed by the Tea Party, Donald Trump, Q-Anon, and the MAGA movement. They insisted that reality was fake, but little did they know.

“We are now on the cusp of generative AI, which promises to make fiction truly indistinguishable from fact”, he added. “It is the beginning of the end of objective reality. In the coming years, reality will be dictated by machines. It promises to be a runaway hit.”
