I feel like we’re sitting here, fat, dumb and happy (?) while the GOP’s insurgents are leading us to the end of democracy in America.
We need to invoke the 14th amendment and prevent insurrectionists from holding office.
I’m not a lawyer and I’m not rich, but I’m willing to contribute some $$ to this effort.
Can we get injunctive relief to keep these insurrectionists off the ballot?
Can we get a court to remove insurrectionists from office?
Is anyone else willing to step forward and help with knowledge, legal expertise, time and/or money?
Does anyone know of legal experts who could lead the effort?
Maybe a GoFundMe campaign, or the like, could fund the effort?
(I know there are naysayers, but we need to do something even if the legal grounds are shaky.)
