Musings for Friday - Reaction Videos. Yeah, It's a Thing. [1]

These guys are just one of the artists that some of these YouTube reaction "stars" are reacting.

As many of you know, I have a habit of going down YouTube holes every now and then. Well one of those holes has been Reaction Videos. What are Reaction Videos? The simplest answer is a video of a YouTube channel where individuals are shown reacting to an artist or an artists song that they have never heard before.



Now, I’m often incredulous at how ignorant today’s 20 and 30 something generation is to music history. Well, I have to admit ignorance to their music, if I’m honest.

Here’s one of the Bee Gees and one of their most reacted to songs.

Leann Rimes’s at 14 singing Blue.

Now, this guy doesn’t react, he break songs and artist down.

Here’s one taking on Tim Foust of Home Free.
