"Gloungkin" Of VA Wants To Be President, But His First Ad Has A British Jet Not American One In It. [1]

This is not an American jet fighter. It's an RAF Typhoon jet fighter Gov. Gloungkin.

This will be short and sweet, but I it appears that Virginia Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin — Michael Steele had a Freudian Slip and called him “Gloungkin” on MSBNC — wants to be president and is hinting about a run in 2024. And Gloungkin is comparing himself to Sainted Republican President Ronald Reagan. In fact, here is the ad that Gloungkin has released.

Now, Tara Setmeyer was on All In With Chris Hayes, and she noticed a “little” problem with this ad. Reagan! Freedom! America! EXCEPT take a look at the military jet fighter at time 0:44 in the ad. I certainly would never have picked up on this, but Setmeyer stated that is NOT AN AMERICAN JET FIGHTER! It looks like a British Typhoon jet fighter!

It may seem nit picky, but Setmeyer was pointing out that Gloungkin is not ready for prime time if he cannot find stock footage with AN AMERICAN JET FIGHTER in it. And when you are trying to test the waters, it helps not to have this type of fail right out of the starting gate.
