An Absolutely Killer Avocado Dish! [1]

The Yemenis in my corner of the Bay Area have it down! I'm just overwhelmed by the culinary delights and delectables they carry!
We're talking La Grande Market (yeah, sure, it doesn't sound like Yemen, but whatever), and also the produce (and international) stand a mile or so away known as Green Valley Produce.
La Grande carries a lot of really decent beers. And lots of other stuff, if you just look around. (Produce from Jack London Square, for example.)
Green Valley Produce has so much stuff that you don't know you want but you do.
Both of these markets are awesome, and I think the owners may be related. At least, that's what Ali told me earlier today.
But you're wondering about that killer avocado dish, aren't you?
This is so simple! (But you have to have the right ingredients on hand, needless to say.)
And it's so awesomely, deliriously delicious!
These are the ingredients, then:
A ripe avocado, sliced (½ or whole avocado, your choice)
Pomegranate molasses (a drizzling)
Sea salt (a dusting)
Grated Tillamook "parmesan" (more like a Swiss cheese)
Pumpkin sauce/dip
Wasabi sauce
Pesto
Salted pepitos (pumpkin seeds)
Just slice up the whole or half avocado, drizzle some pomegranate molasses over the slices, dust with sea salt to taste, add some grated cheese (such as the one suggested, or your cheese of choice), followed by a dollop or two of the pumpkin sauce/dip, a few spots of wasabi, enough dollops of pesto to make it interesting, and then crown it off with just the right number of roasted, salted pepitos!
Can you say "gustatory heaven"? Yes you can!

Seriously, though, try this or something like this out. This is mind blowing! You won't regret it!
I must give proper credit to The Splendid Table, as well as to our local markets, for this delectable dish.
In particular, The Splendid Table deserves credit for their recent episode touting the pairing of avocado with honey (which inspired me to pair avocado with pomegranate molasses).
