we're all nuts down here, personally, I'm a cashew, because I'm a little bent.

Happy Friday! Bit isn’t off until Saturday, so that’s when we’ll go to get groceries. My doctor’s appointment on Thursday went ok, but I’m utterly fatigued now. And my leg hurts. My leg has hurt a lot more since they put the stent in, I guess that means it’s getting more blood flow. Next week I have two doctor’s appointments, so an improvement.





As you can see by Itzl's concerned look, this group is for us to check in at to let people know we are alive, doing OK, and not affected by such things as heat, blizzards, floods, wild fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages, or other such things that could keep us off DKos. If you're not here, or anywhere else on DKos, and there are adverse conditions in your area (floods, heatwaves, hurricanes, etc.), we are going to check up on you. If you are going to be away from your computer for a day or a week, let us know here. We care!

Chronic fatigue is part of FND, and is something that hits me from time to time. Luckily I don’t have this symptom all the time, but my body lets me know when I’m doing too much. Even standing up feels like an insurmountable task. And often my legs go out from under me.

Here’s some Charlie the Golden and friends to brighten your day.



Here’s a live ocean view that I find soothing. Keep in mind it’s in the Eastern time zone, so if it’s dark, give it a few hours. Lyta likes to watch it with me. Sometimes there are sharks or tarpon, but there’s always a lot of fish.
