Do you ever ask yourself, “Am I doing this right?”

Jessica Anderson, a Democratic candidate for Virginia’s House of Delegates, must be doing something right. She’s amassed over 625,000 TikTok followers with her entertaining and informative political videos.

The Williamsburg mother, a public school employee, and a political newcomer, has also raised over $80,000 this cycle with most coming from small donations from unique donors. She has pledged to not take any corporate donations. So, that’s certainly doing it right, right?

Add it up and think, “Yeah, I’m doing this right.”

Today, on the heels of a Fox News hit piece aimed to derail her – one they had to dig through 18 months of TikTok videos to find (if only they had the same commitment when it came to reporting factual news) she has to KNOW she’s doing it right.

Talk about a badge of honor!

Here’s the video shared on Twitter: Spoiler Alert! She NEVER says “crazy.”

Here’s what Fox had to say about Anderson:

A Virginia Democrat running for the state House of Delegates trashed parents who are involved in their children’s education as wanting to indoctrinate children in a video that has gone viral online. — Jessica Anderson, a Democrat running for delegate in Virginia’s 71st district, posted a video amid the 2021 Old Dominion gubernatorial race where she attacked parents who are involved in their kids’ education while promoting former Gov. Terry McAuliffe for re-election. — Houston Keene

And here’s Anderson clapping right back.

See, it’s not about attacking parents who are involved in their child’s education. It’s about calling out those hostile parents who would dictate to public educators how they should teach EVERY child the way they want their own child taught. Why is that hard for Republicans to understand?

So let’s take the literal definition of the word “indoctrinate” and see who wore it best.
