Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, Democrats have a ‘legislative secret agent’ to fight the GOP on the debt ceiling crisis.

Then, on the rest of the menu, the state of Georgia will for the first time run its own marketplace for individual health insurance; a Utah judge delayed implementing the statewide abortion clinic ban; and, New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed a bill expanding access to contraceptives.
