Kamala Harris
Ahh memories of 2016. I’m reading the NYT comments to the latest ‘conversation’ between Gail Collins and Bret Stephens*. Lots of Kamala Harris bashing. The ‘reason’ tends to go like this — “Sorry my fellow Progs but I agree with Bret on this one; replace Harris. I actually didn't want her in the first place and acknowledge she was simply a campaign tool in the Biden, let's "Truly Save America From Trump" war chest and for that I thank her for her service. But I've never liked her version of opportunism. That first presidential debate was exactly the kind of performance I expected from her - exaggerate and attack the front runner, Biden, while masking her failures and lack of popularity in her home state. ”
Definition of “opportunism” in this case seems to be running for an elected office. I don’t know that this person really is a progressive, but why does it seem like so many people on the left are willing to give these ideas air?
They also don’t like the way she laughs. As I said, memories. They haven’t searched out what computer she has yet, so there is that.
*yes, I’m wasting my time.
