Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina began his cross-examination of E. Jean Carroll today. It does not appear to have gone well for him.
Cross-examination of Carroll and her other witnesses is Trump’s entire defense. In this he said/she said case, “he” is not testifying in Court, so if Carroll does well in cross, Trump loses.

Carroll: "Not 'supposedly,' I was raped."
Tacopina: "That's your version."

Tacopina tries use Carroll not screaming during the incident:

Based on Tacopina’s TV appearances and what I’ve read today, I’m going out on a limb to guess the jury won’t like him very much.
