“Pickled” eggs seems to be the problem I’m having here. Much like with “Deviled” eggs — random baggage. My wife taught me how to hard boil eggs 20 years ago, or so I always say. I have a presentable trio of vintage egg coddlers. So there’s that. I once had a summer eve friend who could put the world to shame with her skill at making the most perfectly delicate and delicious omelette. But I digress.

I spent, no make that wasted, a few good hours following up on a random hunch that: maybe why not take a shot at pickled eggs?

And though I’ve all but abandoned the notion, I decided to write this.
