This is coming out of China. There are a few enormously positive things in it.

1) EVs are beginning to crush the ICE market. If those cheap EVs can be built and sold in China, they can be built and sold everywhere.

2) Oil consumption is going to begin to drop rapidly. This means that the party in Russia and OPEC is going to end soon. We are about to see some bad actors lose a lot of the resources that allow them to act.

3) China is rolling out 180gw of wind and solar a year. This is 3.5 GW per week. Yes they are rolling out coal plants, but those plants are going to be dwarfed by the wind and solar output.
