Expel the Russian Federation from the UN. [1]

If the Soviet Union could be expelled from the League of Nations because of the “illegal” attack on Finland in 1939, why can’t the Russian Federation be expelled from the UN because of the the illegal invasion and annexation of Crimea in 2014, and starting the illegal war against Ukraine in 2022?

From the Wikipedia article bout the Winter War between the USSR and Finland, in case you are not familiar with it.

Despite superior military strength, especially in tanks and aircraft, the Soviet Union suffered severe losses and initially made little headway. The League of Nations deemed the attack illegal and expelled the Soviet Union from the organisation.

I really enjoyed the comparison between the Winter War with Finland and the Ukrainian War.
