I whole heartedly agree. When a private citizen voices hate rhetoric against a public official and publishes it along with a photo threatening said official with a base ball bat, that person should be arrested. There should be no consideration as to what position that person once held or how wealthy that person is. There should also be a gag order placed on him to stop his further incitement of violence against anyone that disagrees with the hateful rhetoric spewed from his mouth. This is not a campaign speech, but simply incitement of violence.
