The debt ceiling is unconstitutional and should be ignored by Biden. [1]

The Constitution requires the President to faithfully execute all laws, and pay the national debts when due.

This includes laws enacted by Congresses in power during Trump’s reign of terror, which increased Government spending, and caused the national debt to increase by 7 Trillion dollars.

Now the Republican’s are refusing to raise the “debt ceiling” and are putting the country in jeopardy of a possible default by early summer. However, the 14th Amendment’s “debt clause” requires that the nation’s lawful debts must be paid and supersedes the “debt ceiling” legislation passed by Congress, and authorizes President Biden to instruct the Treasury to pay the countries debts, in spite of any legislative limit imposed by the “debt ceiling” or bellyaching by McCarthy or the House Republicans.

Biden should just tell McCarthy and the House Republicans to shut up, and let him run the country in accordance with the Constitution and the oath of office he took to uphold the Constitution, and not let our nation default for the first time in history.
