Anti-Gravity Device

I thought I might start out writing -- the whims of anatomy. Really it's more like needing support because I might not be so lucky next time I do an instant backward fade and break some furniture.

What began as a lower back agony repeat, became a left hip issue, something out of the blue. That's when I fell -- with no warning.

My leg was not there. I fell at an angle from the direction I was going. Not too much breakage, and not any bruising. Just a great crash.

So, I purchased the amazing anti-gravity device pictured above, but my motivation for sharing this with you is that it really helps.

i think it's helping me heal, making me stronger. Although I will confess that the 21st century may have perfected the heating pad.
