So I’ve had a Yahoomail account for like 20 years now and use it for all my email.

For the past couple days now I’ve been getting a “this page isn’t working—too many redirects” error message any time I try to load the Inbox. I’m not a techie type, but I tried deleting the site cookies in Chrome and emptying the cache. That brought it back for a short time, but I quickly then started getting the same error message again. That’s on a PC laptop running Windows. If I go to YahooMail on my Apple MacBook Pro it seems to work just fine, so it seems to be an issue somewhere on my Windows laptop. Also, if I load the YahooMail Inbox on my Apple, that seems to clear up the issue on my PC as well, for a short time—then it starts up again.

It’s rather annoying.

Can somebody help me? ELI5. What’s going on, and how do I stop it?

:(
