Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Helen Keller

I missed the MOT Tuesday and felt wanting, lacking, awry. I was able to log on (briefly at 8 pm) and checked as much as possible to discover I could do nothing. Then, there was no Morning Open Thread Wednesday. That prompted me to draft this diary after I was able to connect.

No blame directed to any MOT contributor.

Morning Open Thread is a daily, copyrighted from a host of editors and guest writers. We support our community, invite and share ideas and encourage thoughtful, respectful dialogue in an open forum. This is a post where you can come to share what’s on your mind and stay for the conversation (and often music offered). The diarist is on independent time (a schedule of their own) and gets to take a nap when he or she needs (or may wander off and show up later). Just to let you know, it’s a feature, not a bug.

Here is what I encountered on Wednesday. Why oh why … oh MY!

My response are the songs below.

I’ll be at work today and will return around 3 pm to check in on today’s progress. Play well with others during my absence.
