Let's Redefine "Woke" and Return Fire for a change against the Republicans [1]

GOP Lies has helped destroy the public’s

ability to tell when someone is speaking truth.

I’m sick and tired of the Republicans literally “outfoxing” the Democrat at psychological warfare most of the time. I’m quite sure the national Democratic leadership is aware that the Republicans deploy it and perhaps have their own psych advisors in this regard. Biden has been scoring some points recently, mostly by thinking outside the box. But it’s not nearly enough.

Many of the more outrageous Republican lies and insults go unanswered. This is understandable, since they are so frequent and numerous, but only to a point. The cumulative result of so many lies, deceptions, and insults going unanswered has been the destruction of any semblance of truth. We saw this perfected under Trump and it continues today. Only the more politically conscious are able to tell truth from lies from truth.

It’s Time We Woke Up!

Still the GOP’s biggest liar.

The above idea came to me spontaneously when some kid jokingly called me an “old woke” and giggled. I lost it for a second but collected myself and said, “You left out the “a” as in we are awake, not woke, which is expressed properly in the present tense. Then I added, “Perhaps you are one of those “sleeper guys, who’s asleep half the day and when not snoring wood doing nothing but juvenile name calling. Instead of working to solve our country’s problems.”

Psychological Warfare is Part of Politics

Note that woke rhymes with dope and resembles the word weak, which is probably why they decided to use it. Perhaps you can think of a better counter to all that woke nonsense than the above idea. If that’s the case, please feel free to leave it in a comment. Responding to the Republican nonsense and lies, if done cleverly in as few words as possible, will get a much wider media response and reach more people.

Although in the “woke” case it is so stupid that it might be ignored, except it’s so dumb it should be easy to make some hay by responding to it.
