Tucker and Fox's DEEP FAKE Jan. 6 videos will be out soon. Are we prepared? [1]

These are not the deep fakes you are looking for.
Ok, now we got the laughs out of the way. Seriously, I hear the “experts” on tv saying they are worried Tucker (and by “Tucker” I mean FOX, and when I say “FOX” I mean the GOP, and when I say the “GOP” I mean the fascists and their foreign operative friends who tried to overthrow American democracy without a single consequence to any of the planners.)will show selectively editted clips of January 6. Well of course.
I also hear the “experts” saying they fear Capitol security features will be exposed. Yes, I agree. I believe they are making detailed blueprints of the Capitol complex.
But what I don’t hear (much) and should be said more or less non-stop, is the fear of the coming DEEP FAKE videos that they are producing as we speak. We’re going to see some things that totally back up their lying fascist propaganda. Its going to make a splash. How big of a splash remains to be seen, and is somewhat up to us.
If we are merely playing catch up, replying that the videos are fake AFTER the splash is made, we will lose. As Twain remarked, “A lie can travel around the world and back again while the truth is lacing up its boots.” For once, can we use our supposed better intellect to ANTICIPATE rather than just always react.
Start asking Tucker, Fox, GOP Congress people, “When are you releasing your altered Jan. 6 footage? or “I bet you have a lot easier time making DEEP FAKES now that you have all of this footage, Tucker.” We need to be planting (fast growing) seeds that Tucker is going to put out fake videos, not just selective editing. It’s 2023, they have the technology to make it look like YOU wore horns in the Capitol. Don’t think we wont see Democratic congress people aiding the rioters.
Anticipating the (obvious) move will help defeat their attempts, contain the damage, and perhaps dissuade them from doing it, at least partially. Waiting until such becomes a big splash only works in their favor.
In old-school politics, it’s called “getting out in front of an issue.”
