Terrence Walker is a straight up Democrat, as was his mother and his grandmother before him. He is such a great guy that I can see how he appeals to everyone. Terrence met a voter in his district recently who seemed impressed with him. The voter contacted Terrence and said:
Switch to Republican and I’ll work to get you elected.
Terrence replied:
Thanks for the offer. I’m going to run to win the Democratic Primary in June. I will need your vote in November to represent us. When I win, we will have a Delegate that puts OUR interests before the political parties!
That’s how we should be voting. Not just when people say they are going to put our interests first either. We need to look at their history, their background, is that how they’ve lived their lives? Have their put our interests first?
With Terrence Walker there is no guessing, his community knows him. He has shown that he believes in a womans right to choose. He supports paid family leave, education equity, healthy food for students and staff. He is the kind of person who should run for office!!
