Shorter, safer Trains [1]

I believe that if the trains were limited in the number of cars, our safety would be better off. What can I do to get the number of cars in a train to be shortened? At certain railroad crossings, emergency vehicles have to wait an extremely long time as well as us ordinary citizens. I also think that the recent derailment could have been less of a disaster if the train was shorter.

Require that the trains be limited to a certain number of cars. It would require more engines, but be safer for all.
