A few winter newsletters, and it's ciabatta day again [1]

Welcome to the Street Prophets Coffee Hour, the place where politics meets up with religion, art, nature, food, and life. Come in, have a cuppa and a cookie (or three!), and join us.

Unlike last week, it’s going to be warm-ish for a few days, starting right now. I still need to make more ciabatta rolls, though. The dozen from last week are almost gone. I’ll set the poolish today and finish baking tomorrow. I also need to get outside, to do some things to get the garden ready for spring planting. And I need to go through my seeds to see what needs to start right away. Peppers, for sure. Spinach and lettuce. Maybe onions and carrots?
