What happened to the DK user interface / web site? [1]

Today I logged into DK.

instead of coming up in the ‘old front page design’; which is how I have my settings….. it came up to the NEW home page design.

So I went to the upper right corner, where my user settings are, did the drop down menu and selected “use old front page design”…. This usually works.

but in this case, when I did it… lo and behold…. the old front page did not load. Instead it took me right back to the NEW homepage layout. I did it again, selected ‘old home page’ design from the drop down menu… and some completely new layout showed up. it was not the current ‘new home page layout’ and was also not the “old front page” but some 3rd new and different lay out.

I experienced this on my laptop using a browser.

I am guessing a site re-vamp is under way and I am experiencing a precursor to the changes coming.

Anyone have any input or information on what might be happening?
