I just chose this Da Vinci cat because it seems to convey contented gratitude.

Well.

I was just surprised to find an email telling me that someone had gifted me a subscription to DailyKos.

Actually, I got two such emails, several minutes apart, so I don’t know if one gets notified twice about it, or if two different people had the same idea almost simultaneously (and if so, how that might play out).

Anyway, to that unknown friend, or those unknown friends … THANK YOU.

You will be remembered and thought of with gratitude and positive thoughts every single time I look at the site (which is usually at least once a day).
