The Road Ahead?

Due to the number of locales that are no longer bothering to update their Covid stats even once per week, I’m abandoning my previous weekly stats update format in favor of biweekly stats now. Still no sign of a renewed post-holiday surge at this point, with US hospitalizations and new infections both past their most recent peaks it would seem — even as new deaths (a lagging indicator) remain at a distressingly high level. Hopefully we should start to see a declining number of new deaths in the next few weeks.
