One of the running jokes that he makes is.. he has ears. Because most of the images of him, you can't see his ears.
Happy Friday! Thursday I had a peripheral angioplasty done, so I have no idea how much I’m going to be online today. The documentation says to expect “1-2” days for recovery from the procedure. That’s for a ‘normal person’. My chronic illnesses may play nice with it, or it may take me much longer to recover. So we’ll see. I’ll try to at least check in today. If I don’t, check with Mort, because I will at the very least text or call him.
As you can see by Itzl's concerned look, this group is for us to check in at to let people know we are alive, doing OK, and not affected by such things as heat, blizzards, floods, wild fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages, or other such things that could keep us off DKos. If you're not here, or anywhere else on DKos, and there are adverse conditions in your area (floods, heatwaves, hurricanes, etc.), we are going to check up on you. If you are going to be away from your computer for a day or a week, let us know here. We care!

I’ve been following a relatively new find on Youtube, called the Speech Prof. He’s a parent, a professor, and an ally to LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities. He’s been making some good videos against toxic masculinity as well. I’m going to share a few of his videos with you.
