I therefore propose we send Ukraine many helium (but why not hydrogen?) cylinders and a shit load of big white balloons.

I think she or he could be right about this. Sure worth the cost to find out.

I mean -what other F-ing small spherical objects could be up there?? Right? I don’t think Ukraine has foo fighters here.

They really could be that stupid. They have proven this over and over again.

Stupidity seems to be a requirement to serve in the Russian military.
