NBC News is reporting that in Hillsboro, Oregon, mayhem broke out on a train platform in the wee hours of the morning. Police report that at about 2:15 in the morning, they responded to a call, where they discovered a man was assaulting another man in a gruesome scene.
Police say that the suspect was “on top of his victim, a 78-year-old man from Hillsboro,” NBC News stated. “Investigators say the suspect had chewed off the victim’s ear, and chewed off some of his flesh to the point his skull was visible.”
The assailant, named Corin Kramer, is 25. He recently relocated to the Portland area from Georgia.
The tenor of this story stirs up reminiscences of Florida residents and bath salts, but who knows truly what was going on with the young man? Meanwhile, an elder has inexplicably lost his ear and part of his face.
“I don't know what to tell you,” one bystander said. “I mean it’s weird, what the world is coming to.”
