After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where a court in Dubai approved the extradition to Denmark of a British financier accused of orchestrating a $1.7 billion tax fraud scheme; and, the Turkish, Syrian, and Russian defense chiefs held surprise talks in Moscow.
