Musings for Friday - Andrew Who? [1]

Egos often disguise overcompensation. Some people see through immediately. Egos don't impress them.

I heard rumblings earlier in the week. I had never heard the name before so it didn’t stick with me, but I kept hearing it. Andrew Tate. Who the hell is Andrew Tate? Then I heard he was arrested for sex trafficking. I thought; why do I need to know another asshole? Then I heard it was his video response to Greta that caused his arrest. Then I decided to check out the complete story.



I won’t recap the story here, there have been enough already. If by some chance you haven’t heard the story google Greta Thunberg and Andrew Tate. It’s a lesson lesson in smalldickenergy and ego running into a reply full of intelligence and I don’t give a fuck who you are dismissal.

We’ve all had our encounters with this smalldickenergy (let’s just shorten that to SDE). But ours encounters are local and aren’t witness by the world. This one wouldn’t have happened if another world class fragile ego hadn’t let SDE Tate back on Twitter. In an episode full of ironies, SDE Tate’s rant directed at Greta was his bragging that he owned multiple high octane, huge horsepower ICE vehicles and no EVs.

Just a reminder: ICE = Internal Combustion Vehicle EV = Electric Vehicle

By the way, the answer is; Andrew Nobody.

A lesson that should be learned is; Don’t fuck with Greta. You’ll never look good doing it.
