Breaking: Arizona Appeals Court rules abortions can be performed up to 15 weeks. [1]

Outgoing Arizona Attorney General Brnovich had ruled that a law on the books from before Arizona became a state completely outlawed all abortions in Arizona was valid. This ruling from Brnovich has just been overturned by the Arizona Appeals Court. As such as of now abortions can occur in Arizona up to 15 weeks are allowed. Although this is not ideal, it is better than nothing. Here is the ruling.
Incoming Governor Katie Hobbs “In November, Arizonans made clear they believe in women’s fundamental rights. Starting in January, I will do everything in my power as governor to ensure women can exercise their constitutional rights and keep fighting to restore reproductive freedom in our state.”
