On November 2nd and 7th, 2022, the New York times magazine published an article alleging the Paul Manafort engaged in a quid pro quo transaction with Vlad Putin — Mariupol for Russian assistance getting the Orange Man elected in 2016.
On November 18th, 2022, Attorney General Garland appointed Jack Smith Special Counsel to oversee investigations into the Orange Man’s many criminal transgressions. Jack Smith has experience with war criminals.
Just how deep is this rabbit hole ? How many humans have suffered because the Orange Man’s never-ending crime spree? If the reporting is accurate and Manafort negotiated the “Mariupol Plan” in exchange for Russian election meddling then charges for international war crimes may be warranted.
