I was reading a story about the misinformation still circulating about covid and, since it’s the week before New Years when everyone is doing retrospectives, was thinking back.

Remember when people were sobbing because a dear family member had been vaccinated and would surely be dead from the vaccine within the year? I’m almost two years out from my first vax and now past my fifth (bivalent) and hey, I’m not dead yet!

It was supposed to inject a tracking or mind control chip invented by Bill Gates. If he’s tracking me he knows that I go the same places I always did: home, grocery, lake, bike trail. I didn’t go anywhere for vacation this year. Wow. Hardly worth the effort of inventing a tracking chip and controlling the whole CDC to convince me to get injected with it.

As nearly as I can tell, Bill Gates is not controlling my mind yet either. Of course, I can’t be sure. If he was that devious he’d be hiding it from my awareness, wouldn't he? But one would think if he were controlling my mind I would be smarter. At least more useful. Maybe less frugal and more shopaholic. More liberal? That’s not even possible. What would Bill Gates even want with my mind, anyway?

I’ve worn a mask in public places, the few I go to, for two whole years. I haven’t suffocated or suffered anoxic brain damage yet. No, really! I was like this before masking! At the grocery people look at me funny because I’m the only one wearing a mask, but then, I look at them funny so we’re even.

Way back when, they said that covid isn’t even real. Well, I can’t disprove that. If I’d had covid maybe I could, but I haven’t. I haven’t drunk any bleach or taken hydroxychloroquin or ivermectin. If covid isn’t real, why would I do that anyway?
