Dallas Woodhouse and Brad Woodhouse

Getting together with family members who don’t share your politics is one of the stereotypical stressful holiday experiences, especially in recent years. It happens to a lot of people, but relatively few families do it at the level of the Woodhouse family of North Carolina.

Brad Woodhouse is a longtime Democratic operative. His brother Dallas Woodhouse is a Republican operative. If that makes you think, “Holidays at their house must be interesting,” check out this clip from a 2014 C-SPAN appearance in which the brothers were promoting a documentary about them, called Woodhouse Divided, and got one of the all-time classic C-SPAN calls.
