As I write this diary, it’s Festivus, and this is another year that I have not told anyone off. There’s always next year.
Newdists, are there Christmas movies you like to watch? What are they? Do tell.
I usually have watched a few on Hallmark Channel.
I like The Last Holiday.
I also watch Frosty The Snowman every year on Youtube, as well as The Bishop’s Wife.
Polar Express is kinda cool.
And of course one version of The Christmas Carol.
Brrrrr…. We’re supposed to get down to -7F tonight, and the wind will blow at 10 to 20 mph, which will make the wind chill at -10 to -15 into the wee hours of the am. And tomorrow — Saturday — we will make it up to a balmy 20F. I usually love snow, but I’m so glad there will be no snow with this, bad enough that there was chilly rain followed by high winds. Around here that means lots of falling trees. Looks like we all will have to learn to live with bombogenesis.
