The criminal referrals of Trump include "numerous others" who were co-conspirators & ringleaders among Republican members of Congress as well as bad actors at the state level. The J6 Committee handed all evidence to the DoJ & leaves it to them to decide how many & which ones to pursue with indictments.

The four referrals to the Ethics Committee do not preclude indictment, nor do they exhaust 'numerous others' who served as ringleaders.

Cruz, Hawley, Greene, Gosar & many others are on the hook in Congress. How many, if not all, who voted against the electors are also implicated?
