Trump won’t have a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year. [1]

The Jan 6, Select Committee delivered its Christmas gift to Trump, four criminal referrals to the DOJ. Now we will patiently have to wait until Jack Smith finishes his investigation of Jan 6, and determines there is sufficient evidence to criminally indict Trump, and a few of his cohorts, possibly Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani. This will probably take months to resolve.

But don’t despair, the Mar A Largo case will probably move along much faster, and possibly early in the New Year Trump will be criminally indicted. Then there is DA Fani Willis, and the Georgia election law case. The Fulton County GJ is supposedly writing its report, and it may be finished in early January, then it will be up to to DA Willis to determine if she will seek an indictment, which based on news already released, I believe she will. Hopefully before the end of January Trump will be facing two criminal indictments to celebrate the New Year.
