Happy Hanukkah! My daughter and her boyfriend made an amazing dinner last night featuring potato latkes and a salmon-rice bake that was just divine. He also made a salad by shaving carrots and radishes and oranges and tossing it with a blood orange vinaigrette. He threw in some pomegranate seeds on top. Highly recommended!

My workplace closes between this Friday and January 2nd this year, and I cannot wait. I'm taking Thursday off too. AND Jan. 3rd.
