World Cup - a new motto [1]

Neither of my five favorite teams made it to the finals. I never cared much for France, but I positively loathe Argentina. But still, it is a beautiful game.

The new motto, in honor of Argentina? Think Alka Seltzer — “Flop, Flop, Whiz, Whiz.”

Argentina scored twice, one on a penalty kick by Messi. A great shot but a cheap call for the penalty. It was an Oscar-winning performance on his dive.

The second goal was a thing of beauty.

That was the first half.

And then France came back. 2 goals, one on a penalty and then a fantastic one touch goal on a perfect pass. Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.

There are two minutes or stoppage time left, still tied 2-2
