As Trump's poll numbers plummet, another right-wing rag ditches the ocher abomination [1]

Since it’s probably still illegal to shove Donald Trump out to sea on an ice floe—and he somehow keeps finding his way home after Melania drops him off to live with Chuck Grassley’s barn cats—conservatives have settled on a new strategy to nudge him off the stage: They’re using their words.

First Rupert Murdoch, who appears to have been forged in the crucible of hell out of raw turpitude and Steak-umms, tossed Trump’s amoral arse under the bus. Shortly after Trump’s low-energy Puppet Show and Campaign Launch, Murdoch’s New York Post dismissed Trump’s comeback as so much insurrectionist piffle. And Murdoch himself has reportedly told Trump point-blank that he won’t support his 2024 run.

Meanwhile, after Trump sent suburban voters running screaming into the arms of Democrats during a midterm cycle whose fundamentals strongly favored the GOP, conservatives appear to be sticking their craven necks out even further. Even Ivanka Trump, who’s spent more time on Trump’s lap than jumbo bowls of cheesy fries, has decided she’s had enough of the Trump circus—one insurrection, one Nazi sit-down dinner, and countless stolen top secret documents later, of course.

Well, now the hardcore conservative Washington Times is getting in on the act. In a new commentary, columnist Joseph Curl declared “enough already” when it comes to Trump’s sad-sack dog and pony show.
