Then, on the rest of the menu, the Supreme Court is restoring the pre-pandemic tradition of announcing decisions in a public session in the courtroom; an Iowa judge blocked an effort to ban most abortions in the state; and, the Biden White House has formed a new interagency group to develop a national strategy to combat antisemitism.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where an independent investigation uncovered widespread racism at the Dutch foreign ministry; and, the European Parliament moved quickly to strip one of its members of her role as vice president after she and others faced criminal charges over the Qatar graft probe.
