The airplane in question.

I have no idea what this means, but the Ilyushin Il-96-300 registered as RA-96023—which is supposedly Russia’s Air Force One—is currently being tracked on its way to Caracas, Venezuela.

We don’t know who’s aboard. Could be Lavrov. Maybe Putin is just sending cash ahead in case he has to flee. But after canceling his year-end speech, who knows what he’s up to?
