In protest of the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
Each term, the Supreme Court rules on cases that have the potential to completely change the trajectory of millions of lives, like the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision that resulted in the overturn of Roe v. Wade.
Such immense responsibility should come with accountability processes if things go wrong, but the Supreme Court has no formal code of ethics. That’s right—the most powerful court in the country is bound by absolutely zero ethical standards, unlike lower courts.

There are a number of avenues we can pursue to make this right, including passing legislation to establish a code of ethics for the Supreme Court. Congress can also add four seats to the court and restore the balance of power by passing the Judiciary Act of 2021, reversing Trump’s extremist takeover of the bench.
