Hi beer fans, happy Friday!

I was browsing for some new IPA and picked this one mostly for the name. The usage of the 3-digit tags that I have seen in pop culture are all the telephone area codes; Firestone 805 beer is one of the most successful examples. You have to know something about L.A. to know that 405 isn’t an area code, it’s the horrendously congested highway running down the west side of Los Angeles. The beer is good, they call it “a modern West Coast style IPA”. The label gives the location of Absolution Brewing as “Southern CA”, I’m too lazy to look them up now and anyway it’s time to post this.

I think I have one more of these cold and then some good old Hazy Little Thing.
