Here's my 2015 post lamenting Obama's inaction to correct the ACA “family glitch", which left me and my kids without health coverage (we did end up getting covered in 2017 when we moved back to Minnesota).

You will notice in the comment section all the pushback I got from people insisting Obama had no legal authority to instruct the IRS to make this change, even though Hillary Clinton, Al Franken, and the New York Times were saying he did. I really wanted to go reply to all those people with a link to the story about how Biden just did exactly what they said Obama could not do, but comments are closed on that diary now. I hope some of them see this!
