Good evening, everyone.

I’m going to ask the question in a direct manner that makes some uncomfortable;

So what’s up with the misogynoir?

It’s terrible witnessing the tone-policing, unsolicited advice about our hair not “being a distraction”, backhanded compliments, harassment, erasure, and racist things posted online. It’s another thing when it’s tolerated by society.

I'm going to start with The Root addressing Tiffany Cross' firing from MSNBC.

MSNBC, what's the deal? Why did you let her go? Comcast, what say you?

I was hoping you could help me understand this; when you fired Tamron Hall and gave Megyn Kelly a morning show, it was a horrible business decision. When you let go of Zerlina Maxwell, that was disastrous as well.

Those women were intelligent, empathetic, relatable, resourceful, and diverse. They are also the voice of the Democratic Party.

In other words, Tamron Hall, Zerlina Maxwell, and Tiffany Cross brought different things to the table. They talked about issues, policies, politicians, and societal woes, like income inequality, racism, environmental racism, and police brutality. In some cases, they called out inconsistencies

Whether it was Black culture, politics, elections, or news from around the world, you heard for yourself what they felt.

Entitled "shock jock" and misogynoir bs artist Howard Stern dared to talk about Oprah Winfrey's wealth!

Oprah Winfrey has the right to live her life as she sees fit; she does not need our unsolicited advice, our comments about her wealth, or to what charities she needs to give.

Since Howard Stern likes to open his mouth about Oprah Winfrey, let’s also address what’s bothering him. Oprah isn’t concerned about his opinion, nor does she have to answer him. Oprah Winfrey worked in television for a long time. She earned her wealth. She is not to be confused with his cohost, Robin Quivers.

Thank you for reading!
